🌸 Miracle Garden Tool — The Complete Guide for Rise of Castles Players

The Miracle Garden is yet another of Rise of Castles' tedious events with poor rewards—but since players are always trying to get the rewards, we're going to make it a little easier. With five flower species, seven colors per species, five quality levels, a probability-based grafting system, and a Compendium bonus structure, it's easy to feel overwhelmed.

That's why we created the Miracle Garden Tool at tools.riseofcastles.net—a free, comprehensive calculator and tracker designed to help you make the most of every Garden Coin and Point during the event.

This guide explains each section of the tool and how to use each one to your advantage.

🌼 Understanding the Basics

Before diving into the tool, here's a quick refresher on how the event works:

  • Plant seeds → flowers grow over time, each species has a fixed growth timer

  • Water your flowers to increase quality — more waterings = better quality = more rewards

  • Pick flowers to earn Garden Coins and Garden Points simultaneously

  • Graft flowers of the same species but different colors to try and create new color variants

  • Complete the Compendium by collecting all 7 colors of a species in Perfect quality to earn large bonus rewards

  • Rankings are determined by total Garden Points accumulated during the 28-day event

🪙 Tab 1 — Garden Coin Estimator

This is your planning command center. Before the event starts (or during it), use this tab to calculate how many Garden Coins and Points you can realistically earn based on your playstyle.

How to use it

Select your species, color, and quality — the coins earned per flower pick are displayed immediately. Here's the full breakdown for Perfect quality flowers:

💡 Key insight: Roses might seem less valuable per pick, but their 10-minute growth timer means you can cycle them 16× per hour — which can outperform slower species depending on how active you are.

Set your Active Flower Plots — you start with 3 plots. You can purchase up to 3 additional slots with Garden Coins during the event, for a maximum of 6 active plots.

Set your Hours per Day active — be realistic here. 16 hours is a solid benchmark. Set 24 if you're going hardcore or using alliance coordination.

Days to Calculate — leave this blank to automatically calculate until the event ends (the tool shows a live countdown). Or enter a specific number of days if you want to plan for just a portion of the event.

Results

The tool instantly shows you:

  • Coins / Flower — what a single pick earns at your selected quality

  • Coins / Cycle — earnings across all your active plots per growth cycle

  • Coins / Day — your daily earning rate

  • Total — projected earnings over your selected period

All Species Comparison Table

Below the estimator, the All Species Comparison table lets you switch between quality levels using a dropdown selector. This is great for comparing whether it's worth spending the extra waterings to push from Superb to Perfect, or whether you're better off picking more frequently at a lower quality.

The table also shows:

  • Waterings required per quality level per species

  • Cycles per Day — updated automatically from whatever hours/day you entered above

🌿 Tab 2 — Grafting Odds

Grafting is one of the most exciting mechanics in Miracle Garden — and one of the most misunderstood. This tab turns the guesswork into data.

How grafting works

You can graft two flowers of the same species but different colors. The result is a new flower of a potentially different color. The outcome is random, but not equally random across all colors — each combination has its own probability distribution.

How to use the calculator

  1. Select your flower color (the base plant you own)

  2. Select the graft branch color (the cutting you're applying)

  3. The tool displays a probability bar chart showing every possible outcome and its likelihood, based on real player data collected in-game

For example, grafting a White flower with a Red branch:

  • White: 56%

  • Red: 30%

  • Pink: 12%

  • Yellow: 2%

This data comes from 50 real trials — meaning you have a real, empirical picture of what to expect.

⚠️ Combinations with fewer than 20 trials show a warning. These probabilities are directionally correct but less reliable. We're continuously collecting more data as the event runs.

Data Coverage Table

Below the probability calculator, the Data Coverage table gives you a full overview of how many trials exist for every combination. Color coding tells you at a glance which combinations are reliable:

  • 🟢 30+ trials — reliable data

  • 🟡 10–29 trials — moderate confidence

  • 🔴 Under 10 trials — use with caution

  • ? — no data collected yet

Grafting Outcomes Matrix

The Outcomes Matrix is a visual reference table showing, for every flower + graft color combination, all the result colors that have been observed at least once. Badges are sorted from most to least frequent, so you can instantly see which results are common and which are rare surprises.

📊 Tab 3 — Points Planner

Your Garden Points and Garden Coins are the same number — every coin you earn from picking a flower is also a point added to your ranking. The Points Planner helps you project your total ranking score by combining three sources of points.

Auto Projection

This section automatically reads your settings from the Garden Coin Estimator (species, color, quality, plots, hours/day, and days). No re-entry needed. It shows:

  • Pts / Flower — points per single pick

  • Pts / Day — your projected daily point generation

  • Auto Total Pts — projected total over your event period

You can disable this with the checkbox if you want to plan manually only.

✏️ Manual Additions

Use this section to add other flower combinations you plan to grow. Maybe you'll grow Orchids overnight and Roses during active hours — add each combination separately with the quantity you plan to pick, and the tool sums them all up.

📖 Compendium Bonuses

When you complete a species Compendium (all 7 colors in Perfect quality), you receive a large one-time bonus:

The Points Planner pulls your progress directly from the Compendium tab. Any completed species shows its bonus in green and is added to your total. Enable or disable with the checkbox.

Total & Rank Estimate

At the bottom, your combined total (Auto + Manual + Compendium) is shown with a breakdown and a ranking estimate based on observed final scores from previous event editions.

📖 Tab 4 — Compendium Tracker

Collecting all 7 colors (Red, White, Yellow, Pink, Blue, Black, Purple) of a species in Perfect quality completes that species' Compendium entry and earns the bonus reward. This tab helps you track exactly where you stand.

How to use it

Simply tap or click any flower chip to mark it as collected. The chip turns green with a checkmark. Your progress is automatically saved in your browser — it persists between sessions, so you can close the page and return later without losing your tracking.

Each species shows:

  • A progress bar that fills as you collect colors

  • The bonus reward waiting when you complete all 7

  • A completion banner in green when you've earned the bonus for that species

At the top of the tab, a global progress bar shows your total across all 35 flowers (5 species × 7 colors), plus a live tally of bonuses earned vs. still available.

💡 Tip: Compendium bonuses add up to 440,000 Coins & Points total if you complete all five species. That's a massive chunk of your ranking score — make sure the Points Planner is counting them.

🏆 Ranking Rewards Reference

Even finishing in the 51–200 range earns you 100,000 Gems — so participation alone pays off significantly.

💡 Pro Tips

Stack your Compendium strategy early. Grafting takes time and resources. Identify which colors you're missing and prioritize grafting combinations that have the highest probability of producing those colors according to the Grafting Odds tab.

Rose farms for active players, Orchid farms for overnight. If you're checking the game every 10 minutes, Roses multiply fast. If you're sleeping 8 hours, plant Orchids before bed — they take 2h 40m per cycle and need fewer check-ins.

Use the Points Planner before committing. Before you decide to push from Superb to Perfect quality, check whether the extra waterings are worth the points difference versus just picking more frequently.

Water your alliance members. Every Lord can water another player's flowers once. Coordinate with your alliance to make sure high-priority flowers get their waterings — especially for Compendium completion pushes.

Complete at least one Compendium species. Even if you can't complete all five, finishing Rose (the easiest) gives you 30,000 free bonus points and coins.
