Exchange, return and refund policies

Refund and Exchange Policy – Rise of Castles

This policy is effective as of September/2025.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with international consumer protection standards, you may request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment confirmation.

This right applies only to digital products and services that have not been accessed, downloaded, or consumed.

2. Conditions for Refunds or Exchanges

For digital services (e.g., plans, subscriptions, consulting), refunds or exchanges will only be possible if the service has not been initiated or delivered.
For digital products (e.g., guides, spreadsheets, exclusive content), refunds will only be accepted if the file has not been downloaded, accessed, or used.
Once the product/service has been accessed or consumed, refunds will no longer be available, except in cases of proven technical defects.

3. How to Request

To request a refund or exchange, please send an email to celsokayran@gmail.com with the following information:

Full name
Registered email address
Order number
Reason for the request

We will reply within 5 business days with the necessary instructions.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you selected at checkout, through the Stripe platform.
The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card provider or bank.
No additional costs will be charged for processing the refund.

5. Special Cases

In the event of technical defects in the product or a failure in service delivery, the user may request a replacement or a full refund, even after the 7-day period.
If there are signs of misuse, irregular access, or attempted fraud, the refund request may be denied.
